Patient advocacy.

Watch our lung cancer advocacy series

Patient advocates have transformed the level of cancer care, prominence of the patient voice, research funding and much more by becoming effectively organised, educated and active in various networks of influence. While lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer death worldwide, it still lacks the proportion of organised advocacy you see in other cancer areas – like breast cancer.

Worth watching/joining this three-part educational online series which aims to support and motivate more individuals into various forms of lung cancer patient advocacy.

This series was developed following our Co-founder and Chair’s award of an IASLC Patient Educational Award in 2023.
